Introductory training and customer support is included in most of our packages, and can be provided either onsite or through our web conference training program.

Most of the questions you may have can be answered by watching one of our video tutorials.

 

Hourly Support

Additional phone support for training, administrative support and technical support is free for the first ten minutes, and thereafter, is available at $95.00 per hour.
