Once you have added the users, if the users will be adding/updating deadlines entries using LawToolBox365 please ask the end user to follow these instructions to enable the app in their Outlook Inbox. (Make sure to let them know you have already created the outlook rule and calendar filter (recommended that IT staff do this on behalf of end users) or ask them to complete that step before).
