Change Your Calendar View to Exclude Canceled Deadlines

  1. Open your calendar > click on “View” tab > click on “View Settings”

  2. Click on “Filter”

3. Click on “Advanced” tab > click “Field” > “All Appointment Fields” > “Subject”

4. Change the condition to “Doesn’t Contain” > add Canceled: in Value section > click “Add to List” > Click “OK”
